Vital Origin leads in sustainable ancestral eating, regenerative agriculture, food sovereignty and support for local business. Its supplements are made from parts of the animal the food industry would otherwise waste. The brief was to break the notion that consuming animal products is inherently harmful, and to offer a different view of sustainable meat consumption: every essential nutrient, zero waste, minimal environmental impact. The hard part is presenting a cruelty-free animal-based product to an audience trained to read those words as a contradiction, which is a positioning problem, not a packaging one.

The Challenge
An animal product with a sustainability audience
An animal-based product facing an audience sceptical of animal products.
Cruelty-free and animal-based read as a contradiction to most people.
Nutritional and environmental benefits both had to land at once.
What We Did
Bold and humble at once
We built a brand identity from natural colours and elements, bold and humble at the same time, to carry a mission about eating that is healthier for people and for the environment. The design is deliberately straightforward, because the argument for nose-to-tail consumption lands hardest stated plainly: use every part of the animal the food industry would otherwise waste, and turn it into something with nutritional and environmental value.

The Outcome
A different argument, made clearly
01An identity that carries both nutritional and environmental benefits.
02Nose-to-tail consumption presented as a return, not a novelty
03A brand that holds bold and humble at the same time.
