Sicky is a telehealth app connected to a network of pharmacists, available around the clock to give free health assessments and, where needed, issue a medical or carer's certificate straight to a patient's inbox. It began in 2019 as a way to reach ill employees, carers and people living remotely. The concept is simple.
The problem was that telehealth was extremely underutilised in Australia, so the work was not persuading people to choose Sicky over a competitor, it was persuading them to use a category they had never used. That required the brand, the product and the launch to be built as one argument, not three separate deliverables.
