The Challenge

Dozens of projects, one clear story

Baw Baw Shire, VIC, needed a digital platform to clearly and securely communicate its strategic project pipeline and stand out among others seeking funding.

The challenge was delivering a tool visually connected to the existing Advancing Baw Baw brand, memorable enough to be remembered, yet able to manage complexity across dozens of projects for a non-technical audience, while still working as a serious advocacy and decision-making tool.

Dozens of projects were difficult to present clearly to a non-technical audience.

No platform existed to visually connect the project pipeline to the Advancing Baw Baw brand.

Needed to stand out and be remembered among others competing for the same funding.

What We Did

One portal, dual view

A dual-view platform for a non-technical audience.

We designed a dual-view interface that lets users explore projects spatially or by category, with modular content blocks that can be toggled on and off per project, and components that surface live regional stats like population and density. Stakeholders can now explore live, detailed project information through a single portal, and staff can manage and update content with ease. The interface extends the existing Advancing Baw Baw identity through a cohesive, responsive system.
