The Australian Achiever Awards (AAA)
Now in its twenty-sixth year, the AAAs are an independent, unbiased award system based on direct assessments and ratings from businesses’ customers to provide indications of a well-run business who is providing excellent customer service.
The award system focuses on eight criteria, each scored separately, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
After a thorough review based on the assessment of Mo Works customers, we’ve successfully scored a highly recommended 92.79% in customer satisfaction for the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Services category.
