We’re thrilled to share that we won a Communication Design award at the 2025 Victorian Premier’s Design Awards.
We’re wrapping up the year on a high note! We're proud to share that we’ve been recognised at the 2025 Victorian Premier’s Design Awards on 12 November 2025, taking home a Communication Design award for our work with the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service (VAHS), as well as being named a finalist for our work with pitt&sherry.
These accolades celebrate the power of design to drive meaningful change, something that sits at the heart of everything we do. Both projects highlight collaboration, creativity, and our ongoing commitment to design that makes a positive impact.
One of our standout projects this year, FLIP THE VAPE, is an anti-vaping campaign for Aboriginal young people, developed in partnership with VAHS.
Co-designed with Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) and First Nations ambassadors, the campaign ensured that authentic voices led the conversation. Instead of relying on scare tactics, we focused on empowerment, reshaping narratives around health and choice in a way that has resonated across Victoria, and will soon be launched in Tasmania.
We’re incredibly proud to see this work recognised for its impact and cultural authenticity.

We were also named a finalist for the refreshed brand identity of pitt&sherry, a consulting firm with over 50 years of expertise in engineering and sustainability.
We developed a confident, modular design system grounded in colour theory, expressive typography, and adaptable structures. This approach extended across print, digital, motion, and environmental design, creating a cohesive identity that reflects pitt&sherry’s professionalism, innovation, and purpose.
While this project didn’t take home the top award, being recognised as a finalist demonstrates the strength and clarity of the design and strategy behind the brand refresh.
Design that matters
Recognition at the Victorian Premier’s Design Awards is a reminder of why we do what we do. At Mo Works, great design goes beyond aesthetics by informing, connecting, and empowering communities.
Here’s to continuing to create purposeful design and partnerships that make a difference!
