The Australian Achiever Awards (AAA) was created to support small to medium-sized businesses Australia-wide in measuring and improving their customer service. With over 26 years of experience recognising remarkable service, the AAA gives small to medium businesses that genuinely care about their customers a way to showcase their commitment.
To be eligible for the awards, businesses must meet eight criteria: Time-Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception, and Referral.
Anything above 80% overall is considered a fantastic success, reflective of outstanding customer service. The thorough review of our customer service at Mo Works resulted in a score of ‘highly recommended’, at 96.45% in the Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations Services category.
