The City of Sydney is helping accelerate its cities business growth! Post-pandemic many business owners are looking for support in evolving their strategies and the city is here to help.

Participants will receive 10 hours of tailored 1:1 coaching, business auditing, discovery and planning sessions. As well as 6 hands-on workshops run in person for maximum engagement. 

The Sydney Charge Up Challenge program is open to businesses in retail, hospitality and tourism that have operated for more than 2 years. Businesses must currently be at the growth/scale-up stage and looking to bring innovation to their business model, services and experience.

The new 10-week program will help local business owners accelerate their business growth post-pandemic. With help from successful digital agency Mo Works, the Charge Up Challenge participants will finish with emerge well equipped to take their business to the next level.

The City of Sydney's Lord Mayor Clover Moore said the council’s priority right now is to restore the economic and social health of the city post-pandemic. This includes aiding small business owners. 
 

“City businesses are continuing to suffer the after-effects of long lockdowns and restrictions, so we’re doing everything we can to provide support. This includes access to training and mentoring programs to help our small businesses innovate and adapt. Small business plays a vital role in the fabric of the city, providing employment and enhancing amenities...The Charge Up Challenge program offers organisations and businesses free entrée to the best business minds in the country, and the opportunity to continue to evolve and grow.”

The program is designed for motivated, committed and ambitious business owners who are ready to take their business to the next level. Through this program, the whole city will benefit from much-needed business support and growth.
