No. Bring the problem rather than a solution. Most conversations start with a challenge that has not been fully diagnosed, and working out the right starting point is part of what we do. A brief, a tender document, a rough idea or a single sentence are all enough to begin.
In Melbourne. Strategy, design, development, marketing and technology all sit in-house at our North Melbourne studio, so you work directly with the people doing the work rather than through an account layer. Where a project needs specialist expertise we do not hold in-house, we tell you who is involved and how they fit into the engagement.
It depends on scope, and we confirm it in writing before any work starts. Strategic Roadmaps are fixed price. Strategic Delivery is fixed where the deliverables are clear, or time-based where requirements are likely to evolve. ACCESS runs on monthly tiers from 25 to 200 hours. We can give you an indicative range early so you can plan a budget.
Yes. A Strategic Roadmap is the usual way in: fixed price, four to eight weeks, ending with a prioritised action plan. You can act on it with us, with another partner or in-house. There is no obligation to continue, and a number of clients do exactly that.
Sooner for a Roadmap than for a full delivery programme. Because our team is in-house rather than contracted out, we hold a limited number of engagements at any one time, so start dates are planned rather than immediate. Roadmaps can usually begin within a few weeks. Larger programmes and ACCESS tiers are scheduled around existing commitments, so if you have a date in mind, tell us early and we will plan around it.
