The challenge
Click n Collect is a smart locker software provider serving major retailers and logistics partners. As their platform and customer base grew, their digital ecosystem, including product UI, website and sales materials, needed clearer structure, stronger branding and improved accessibility. They approached us to simplify complex user flows and strengthen how the product is experienced and sold.
Our solution
Mo Works led a full UX and UI redesign of Click n Collect’s locker platform across customer, courier, staff and admin experiences. We mapped complex logic flows, improved accessibility, and created scalable UI systems. We also designed and built a new website, buyer’s guides, and an automated CRM campaign to clearly communicate the product’s value and use cases.
